You must have a valid contact lens prescription(a contact lens prescription is only valid for 1 year). If you need to make and appointment to update your prescription, please contact cathi@casazzaoptometricgroup.com

Please Note: If you plan to use your insurance to cover the cost of your lenses, you must order them directly through the office.
